We ship USPS. If you would like an upgrade to priority or overnight, please contact us at: info@rockytopdesign.com

RockyTop Design, LLC. will not be responsible for the Post Office losing or damaging your product. I ship with complimentary delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me to receive a price quote.


Returns/Exchanges:
Please read descriptions and measurements very carefully as custom items are non-returnable.  There are no returns on custom products.  However, if there has been a sewing/fabric error on our part, we are happy to fix the error.  Please request samples of fabrics if you are particular about the shade of a color or scale of a design.  

The pictures we use in my listings are examples of work we have created in the past and don't necessarily reflect what is for sale in any given listing.

We want you to fall in love with your bedding/home decor items. If you are not happy with your items, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the items to discuss your options.

The way items and fabrics are pictured in the fabric collections or even on the internet is not always how they will appear in real life.  Computers and monitors vary.  This is especially important in regards to color, direction of stripes or direction of a certain print/pattern.  If it is important to you that a certain print be running a certain way (horizontal stripes vs. vertical stripes), please leave that in the notes during checkout or please send an email.
